Review guidelines
What makes a review helpful, and what we don't publish.
Write about your own experience
- Review a vendor you booked, for an event that has happened.
- Be honest and specific: communication, punctuality, value and results.
- Critical reviews are welcome. Say what happened, calmly and fairly.
What we don't publish
- Personal attacks, hate or harassment.
- Private details, such as phone numbers, addresses or other people's names.
- Reviews that aren't about the couple's own booking.
After you send a review
Your review waits for our check before it goes live. We may ask you for proof of booking first. If we can't publish it, we email you the reason, and you can edit it and send it again.
Reports
Vendors can report a review they believe breaks these guidelines. We read the report and the review and either keep the review or take it down. If we take it down, we tell the couple why. Reporting a review doesn't hide it while we look into it.
